Thus, in-depth coaching sessions are important to address the causes and barriers to improving lifestyle. Contributing to the Healthy Living Healthy Minds programme development and assisting in producing resources. For candidates who do not hold the training for Level 3 GP Referral (also known as Level 3 Exercise Referral), this will be provided and will be expected to be completed within the first 6 months of employment (funded by Vita Health Group). This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
