Train, mentor and support craftsperson's in their role - actively developing them for progression into future technicians. Oversee the training, development, and exposure of apprentices to relevant work associated with their chosen primary and secondary trades. Ensure effective development for progression into craftsperson's. The salary includes £5000 Recruitment and Retention Premia (RRP) and On Call payment Main duties of the job A Technician's primary function is to capitalise on their experience and increased level of training to accurately predict and assist in the allocation of resources available to the department in the execution of tasks and activities.
