Job overview
The Medicines Management Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a registered Pharmacist to join the bank register as part of the Pharmacy team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
In this stimulating role, you will build on your previous experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialities such as cardiology, respiratory, surgery, paediatrics, and mental health.
You will work closely with, and be supported by the Clinical Lead Pharmacists to continue your development in pharmacy practice. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Working closely with our teams of highly experienced pharmacists and technicians, you will participate in the clinical service, building on your clinical experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialties.

Qualifications and/or Knowledge
* Vocational Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
* Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
* Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical or Hospital Pharmacy, or equivalent clinical experience.
* Good knowledge of medicines management.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience
* Significant post-registration pharmacy experience.
* Experience of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
