Are you an experienced Administrator/Order Processor?
We are looking for a Packing Planner to take ownership of packaging stock management, ensuring a smooth flow of materials through the business. This is a temporary role until the end of June, with both part-time and full-time options available. If you have strong SAP experience and a background in ordering control, we need someone who can hit the ground running to maintain packaging supply availability and support operations seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Stock Management - Ensure packaging materials are available and managed effectively.
✅ SAP & Ordering Control - Use SAP to track stock, process orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
✅ Financial Control - Manage stock investment within a budget of approximately £2m per year.
✅ Problem Solving - Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and vendor non-conformance issues.
✅ Decision Making - Maintain packaging materials, manage stock availability issues, and support procurement decisions.
✅ Planning & Organising - Prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records, and manage vendor delivery schedules.
✅ Influencing & Communication - Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
