Who are we?
We’re a B-Corp environmental consultancy established in 2010 with a team of over 100 incredible humans, spread across seven UK offices.
What do we do?
By working inclusively and collaboratively, our expert teams in ecology, arboriculture, landscape planning and green+blue infrastructure, support our amazing clients to deliver exceptional developments with positive outcomes for both people and wildlife. Whether that’s a new road, solar farm or award-winning residential scheme such as this one.
How do we work?
Quite simply, we put our people first. We support our team to thrive, learn and grow as individuals. We work really hard but also flexibly; with some time spent in the offices and some at home. We’re a certified 4 Day Week employer; paying a salary equivalent to a traditional 5-day week employer, but for working only 4 days a week! You may have heard about it. We won’t lie, it’s pretty life changing. We're a Real Living Wage employer, and are very open and honest about what we're all paid. When we’re not strictly focused on projects, we gather as a group to socialise and collaborate with individuals from all walks of life; storytellers, athletes, human rights advocates, coaches, mindfulness experts, psychologists, musicians, special forces… to name a few! We also occasionally brew beer!
What are our values?
We’re proudly B-Corp and firmly believe in using business as a force for good. In fact, we’ve been doing this since day one. We were named in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards 2024 and have recently received awards for championing the mental wellbeing of our team. Sound too good to be true? We are not perfect! We’re a medium sized business that has grown organically and we've seen plenty of change over the years. We’ve made mistakes and have learned from our experiences; we’re stronger as a result. However, our core values have held firm, and by fostering a people-focused business model, we’ve allowed our team to flourish. We have experienced growth year on year since we were founded, and we have grand plans to grow further, supporting more clients in more places.
