About the role:
This role will be responsible for increasing existing key accounts (KA) and converting competitor KAs across the entire ZimVie dental portfolio. The role aims to build outstanding relationships with KAs, retain and convert competitive business, and generate new sales for ZimVie.
It will also be responsible for a select number of pre-defined competitor accounts, incentivized on business growth in pre-determined competitor and existing accounts.
This role will execute the strategy for key accounts as outlined by senior management, action the plan, and coordinate with multiple touchpoints within the organization, including the management sales team, to ensure above-expectation service levels and relationship management.
The candidate is preferably based in the London area (home counties).
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for mapping dental chains, corporates, buying groups (DSO), hospitals, and institutes in the marketplace (trends, competition, etc.) in their respective area of responsibility.
* Initiate and follow up relationships to understand size, business model, business potential, current providers, and unmet needs for dental implant, regenerative, and lab offerings both analog and digital.
* Define segmentation, opportunities, and set priorities in addressing this new multiple customer segment for ZimVie.
* Construct a yearly plan based on the input from the budget and opportunities, outlining the strategies and tactics for achieving sales and acquisitions.
* Lead and coordinate the execution of the penetration plan to hospitals, including tenders.
* Provide strategic significance within ZimVie UK and Ireland and ensure the significant growth aspirations of the organization.
* Report to the National KAM; this role requires ongoing and concise reporting to ensure accurate focus is maintained in these KAs.
* Upon successful conversion of competitor accounts, this individual will be responsible for the implementation and handover of the account and work alongside the local Territory Manager to ensure the strategy and plan are implemented.
* Set up customer-specific business plans in collaboration with the account to develop the account and establish a strategic partnership.

* Significant sales experience is essential, preferably in dentistry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
