We're not your typical financial planning firm, and this isn't your typical support role. We believe that every financial plan should be unique. Our goal is to provide our clients with a life plan that empowers them to live the life they want, look after those they love, and leave a powerful legacy. Within the role, you will work with our Client Managers to ensure seamless administration support. You will manage and prepare adviser meeting packs, maintain accurate client records, and handle client information requests with professionalism and confidentiality. This is a key role requiring a proactive, organised person with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation of meeting packs, portfolio valuations, and other pre-meeting documentation, enabling efficient client meetings.
2. Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard documentation procedures.
3. Provide general administrative support to the Client Manager team as required.
4. Send Letters of Authority to plan providers and prepare received information for the lead Client Manager.
5. Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, gather policy information, and ensure accurate and timely communication.
6. Ensure compliance requirements are met across all administrative processes, working with Best Practice to uphold our highest standards.
7. Provide post-meeting administration to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
Qualifications
Chartered Insurance Institute CII Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services is desirable.
