As they continue to expand, they are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee project development, stakeholder engagement, and funding processes. This senior role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in commercial Solar PV and Voltage Optimisation. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, ensure financial close, and work closely with internal teams to maintain quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing projects and operations within the renewable energy sector, with an electrical bias. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management are essential. Experience in financial modelling, procurement, or construction management is a plus, as well as proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office. They should be highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. The Role Oversee project development, stakeholder engagement, and funding.
