Salary: £11,925 - £12,325 Actual Salary (FTE £22,737 - £23,500)

St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy is seeking an ambitious, nurturing, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the class teacher to support children with SEN in the classroom, during lessons, in continuous provision, and at lunchtime.
Provide individual and small group support to help children achieve their full potential.
Assist with classroom management and organization.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting, is preferred.
A passion for working with children with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A commitment to providing high-quality education and support.
