Main Duties of the Job
As a member of the Workforce team, you will communicate regularly with colleagues across Workforce and Organisational Development and frequently with managers and staff alike across all areas of the workforce on a wide variety of employment-related matters.
With excellent administrative and IT skills, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of employment policy and procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Knowledge
* Knowledge of secretarial/administration procedures and systems acquired through experience or training to Vocational Level 3 or equivalent.
* Office skills including both audio and copy typing skills.
Experience
* Familiar and competent with Microsoft IT packages, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Familiar and confident using email and searching the internet.
* Experience of working within the NHS.
Language Skills
* Welsh Speaker (Level 1).
