The Information Services Department at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for a highly motivated information professional to assist in the development and provision of information to support the Trust's business objectives. This role will support the individual work streams within Information Services but will sit within the Family Health Clinical Division, supporting them directly with information, analyses and other business support, such as Performance Review Meeting (PRM) pack collation.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and data flows to the Family Health Clinical Division within ULHT and fulfilling statutory obligations in relation to data returns to the Department of Health. You will also work with the other work streams within Information Services to ensure that the team contributes to the success of the Trust, for example, self-service automated reporting and the continued development of Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
You will have excellent analytical and presentational skills, must possess A-level qualifications or higher, or equivalent experience. You will also be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office packages and have a strong commitment to achieving results. Experience of SQL is desirable. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise a heavy workload to work effectively under pressure in order to meet the increasing timetable of deliverables. As part of a dedicated team there will be the need not only to be a team player but have the ability to work on your own initiative. Applicants will also be expected to show evidence of ongoing professional development.
