Repairs Administrator
£16 - £18 per hour
Contract
Mon - Fri/ 35hrs
Responsibilities of a Repairs Administrator:
Booking in surveys with customers
Assisting surveyors on site visits, ensuring effective communication throughout
Ensuring all customer enquiries are responded to within SLA's
General administrative tasks
You will have:
Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Desirable:
Housing background
