Get to know the role:
* Lead, develop and inspire a united team to achieve company goals.
* Coaching and developing your team to achieve retail sales targets.
* Attract and retain a highly skilled retail team through the Orveon culture.
* Attract and retain customers through a unique brand experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Set clear goals to achieve retail sales targets & KPI’s in all categories, services, and appointments.
* Lead your team to deliver Mindful Beauty Services to all customers.
* Drive and gain daily return appointment business.
* Create events and animation on counter and instore to drive sales.
* Traffic stop and engage new customers daily.
* Develop your team through leadership, coaching and educating.
* Effective business planning on marketing calendar to drive new launches and elevate always-on brand Icons.
* Strong communication & building retail relationships with store partners.
* Stock Management.
* Maintain Education relationships to support team development and achieve retail sales.
* Celebrate Successes.
* Work as part of a team and deliver the bareMinerals story.
Qualifications & Competencies:
* Experience in coaching and leading a team.
* Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business.
* Ability to influence and build external and internal relationships.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
* Demonstrate driving your business from planning through to execution and feedback.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and results driven.
* Flexibility to work key trading hours.
