You’ll be leading the end-to-end design for a suite of API-first FinTech products – taking them from discovery to UI design and Dev handoff.
They’ve built their own payments platform from scratch – but their customers should be able to navigate through the product with their eyes closed.
This is where you’ll come in.
First off, this isn’t a feature factory – you won’t be needed to showcase all the fancy features you’re more than capable of doing.
Instead, you’ll be coming in to help optimise their current processes, putting a special emphasis on the Developer experience and journey.
You’d find yourself in a start-up environment – don’t worry, they’ve got a headcount of 50ish – but you will be the sole Product Designer.
You’d be able to take ownership of your own work, working with their Product Managers to define and prioritise features. Whilst designing full end-to-end user flows, applying UI/UX practices and conducting user research.
To hit the ground running, you’d probably need to show a background working in API-first tech companies, and have plenty of experience with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
Salary wise, they’ll pay £60,000-£80,000 DOE – the package includes equity and health insurance plans too.
Yes, this is a pretty wide range. They’re open to speaking with “Senior” or “Mid-level” Designers.
It’s fully remote (although you might need to pop into their London office on occasion) – and the interview process is all done via Teams.
