A pioneering organisation in-between Bath and Radstock are looking to appoint an Operations Assistant.
Your new role
Duties will include:
1. Build productive, working relationships with key stakeholders and other departments
2. Ensure compliance with legislation
3. Completion of KPI's
4. Deliver cost-effective services
5. Participate in budget management and identify efficiencies and potential savings
6. Support with recruitment, rotas and managing staff hours
7. Contribute to Health & Safety for the site
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting the management of a large and varied team and associated rota development understanding. Additionally,
1. Experience of working with budgets, identifying savings and efficiencies
2. Proven experience of participation in recruitment, training, mentoring, development and performance management.
3. Ability to assess and manage risk
4. Able to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
5. Able to produce reports to show compliance
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence change
