Qualified Accounts Technician
Location: (Fully office-based role in Duncrue estate, Belfast)
Salary: A£25,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

The Role
1. Processing purchase invoices
2. Processing sales activity
3. Reconciling bank accounts
4. Liaising with client suppliers and making payments
5. Processing accruals, prepayments and depreciation
6. Preparation of monthly management accounts
7. Maintaining fixed asset registers
8. Processing payrolls
9. Processing VAT returns
10. Assisting with preparation of personal tax returns
11. Assisting with preparation of schedules for year-end work for multiple client types
Skills and Qualifications
1. Qualified accounts technician
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy accountancy practice environment
3. Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills
4. The ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Experience with Xero, QBO and Dext (Desirable)
