This role is pivotal for someone who has a robust background in managing diverse construction projects, particularly within Healthcare, Housing, Education or Commercial developments.
The Construction Project Manager Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will join the Exeter Project Management team, this role encompasses providing a comprehensive range of pre- and post-contract project management services, along with technical advice across the commercial, residential, public, and private sectors.
Working in a hybrid capacity from the office, from site and from home where possible - with exceptional long term progression opportunities to Senior Project Manager as well as excellent support with Chartership - this could be the perfect opportunity for a switched on PM looking to establish themselves within a highly respected firm.
The Construction Project Manager
1. Previous construction Project Management experience within a UK Consultancy
2. Ideally chartered RICS, CIOB, APM, or working towards chartership.
3. Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
4. Proficient in the use of MS office and MS Project
5. BSc/MSc in Project Management or a construction related field.
6. A valid UK driving license
