Duties will include:
1. Creation of files and data entry
2. Monitoring shipping processes
3. Arranging freight from origin country to destination country for overseas jobs
4. Customer Service
5. Assisting with processing orders when required
6. Creating job sheets
7. Authorising purchase invoices
8. Sending out invoices to customers
9. General administration duties
Experience/Skills required:
1. Confident telephone manner
2. Good computer skills
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Experience of working in a busy admin role previously
6. Experience in customs, freight or logistics would be highly advantageous
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9-5pm

£24,000 + benefits
