We are currently recruiting for a casual Lifeguard to join our centre.
As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safety in the pool area, supervising activities, maintaining cleanliness, handling pool equipment safely, and being ready to save lives when needed.
You won't work alone; our leisure centre has a supportive team working towards providing an inclusive leisure hub for the community.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
What you'll need to do the role
* Provide excellent customer service and interact heavily with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
* Be safety conscious, vigilant, and able to handle pressurized situations.
* Have strong swimming skills and hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
* Undergo a DBS check.
