We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse (band 5) to join our established multi-disciplinary team. You would be responsible for delivering comprehensive, individualised treatment and recovery plans which support patients to return home. The successful candidate will work closely with the MDT and 3 rd sector agencies, advocating on behalf of patients, promoting a collaborative and recovery orientated focus throughout.
