Customer Service Operative - Joiner
Location: Central & East Scotland.

This is a superb opportunity for a highly-organised, proactive Joiner who excels in a busy Residential customer focused environment. Supporting our Homes business, you’ll be a self-starter and managing a very busy schedule will come naturally to you. Your interpersonal skills will be second to none, a positive team player who can build strong relationships with all site-based teams, clients and home owners.

Your new role
What you’ll do:
1. Undertake planned and reactive remedial work with respect to joinery, maintenance of windows and doors in particular, but understanding and experience of other trades such as painting, Ames Taping etc would be desirable
2. Undertake any inspections of issues as required by the After Care Manager
3. Ability to remain calm and collected when faced with difficult clients, and situations, so a high level of personal integrity and respect for others is essential
4. Plan and carry out work in a safe, cost effective manner
5. Ensure that Health and Safety is followed and site regulations are adhered to
What you’ll need:
1. Previous experience in Joinery within New Builds projects
2. Qualification in Joinery
3. Flexible approach to working - overnight stays may be required
4. Evidence of managing own schedule efficiently
5. Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally
6. CSCS card
7. Full Driving Licence
