The role Support Account Managers with all client administration Handle customer inquiries via email, and live chat with professionalism and care. Provide customers with updates via email and phone Maintain accurate customer information by recording it accurately on their CRM Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience. Create and manage a positive experience for all customers. Working towards FCA regulations The candidate Previous customer service / admin experience Strong verbal and written communication Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, solution-oriented responses. Accuracy in managing data, and documenting interactions is key. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload.
