Client Services Coordinator
Location: Northampton

The main function of this job is to contact customers to support them with questions, review experience, and ultimately ensure further business. This includes proactively following up with existing customers to secure further sales and improve retention.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively contacting customers to ensure full satisfaction and retention.
2. Managing emails and calls from existing customers, dealing with enquiries and forwarding them to relevant team members.
3. Following up and keeping in touch with existing clients to secure repeat business.
4. Acting as a point of contact for any customer queries.
5. Providing exceptional service levels, transparency, and a highly professional point of contact.
6. Dealing with technical enquiries and helping to process quotations.
7. Using internal invoicing and CRM systems.
Key Experience and Skills Required:
1. Confident telephone manner and happy dealing with clients.
2. Background in the construction industry is highly advantageous but not required.
3. Strong work ethic with great people skills and a professional telephone manner.
4. Confidence to learn and develop through continuous on-the-job training.
5. Customer-focused with excellent communication and attention to detail.
