But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose Reporting to the Head of Airside, this role will require the individual to carry out roles in the Ramp Job description. You will be responsible for managing resources to fulfil our service standards for our Customer Airlines. Allocating tasks to members of the Back of House Team in accordance with their relevant skill level. To influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a “World Class” product to our Customer Airlines. What you will be doing Have a full understanding of the airline standards and requirements. Allocate all airside resources which includes staff and equipment to flights. Pre-plan the airside operation and highlight any resourcing shortfalls to the Duty Manager in good time to ensure shift changes are actioned accordingly. Complete all delay, accident and shift reports. A complete understanding of all Health & Safety aspects of the Operation. Safety, Security and Compliance: You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others whilst at work. You must carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures. What we are looking for Good verbal communication. A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
