Our client is looking for a Financial Services Administrator Client Details A leader in their field Description Client Support: Provide administrative support to financial advisors and clients, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and preparing documentation. Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and organize client records, financial documents, and databases. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Compliance & Reporting: Assist with preparing reports for regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Data Entry & Analysis: Input and analyze financial data into the firm's systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Document Preparation: Prepare financial statements, investment reports, and other relevant documents for clients and internal use. Transaction Management: Assist in processing financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers, ensuring all actions are documented and processed accurately. Client Communication: Handle client correspondence and ensure a high level of customer service. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as compliance, accounting, and operations, to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction. Profile Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial management software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
