Company: Marsh Commercial Description: We are seeking a talented individuals to join our Commercial Client Advisor teams at Marsh. These roles could be located across the South / South East / South West & London offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office This is a perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked in a Client Advisor or Broker type role or within the Commercial Claims sector, looking to move into a new and exciting role within an established, market leading insurance broker. We will count on you to: Work with Client Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes. Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Client Executives Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Manage all day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience. Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients. What you need to have: Strong business development skills Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products or experience within other areas of insurance, i.e. Contingency and PPL (Products and public liability insurance) Experience in policy document drafting Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities.
