You could come and join our SMR & Inspections Services Team at Bescot and become our next Customer Advisor As a Contact CentreAdvisor within SMR (Service, Maintenance & Repair), you will play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of a world class customer experience by acting as a focal point for customers that are booking services with our talented mechanics You'll effectively case manage customers bookings through to completion. You'll be responsible for assigning technicians to jobs, liaising with dealerships to ensure the correct parts are available in time for the booked jobs. Base salary of £20,820.80 for 35 hours per week. This is a full-time role.
