The Medway League of Friends is a registered charity supporting the Medway NHS Foundation Trust. We have a website and Facebook page for further information.
We would like to recruit a new Trustee who has the background skills and experience of working in Human Resources. We have policies and recruitment procedures in place but an oversight of these would be helpful to support us moving forward.
Trustee Meetings are held approximately every 6 weeks at the hospital on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening. The Board of Trustees is responsible for setting the Charity's strategy/business plan and supporting our volunteers. This is a voluntary, unpaid role although appropriate expenses (i.e. for specific training or attending external meetings) will be considered.
