My client is looking for an experienced admin clerk who can help with the day to day admin duties in a busy transport office.
Hourly Rate £12ph
Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (1 hr lunch) flexibility on start time there may be some starts at 0500

Tasks
As our transport admin clerk, you will be required to but not limited too.
* Track vehicles and update the transport supervisor of any issues
* Engage with customer services
* Logging Vehicle defects and details on the inhouse system
* Taking phone calls from engineers and dealing with any problems which may arise
* Supporting the transport supervisor with any tasks as required.
Requirements
Our ideal Transport Admin clerk will have the following skills and experience.
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* 5 GCSE’s A-C (including English and Maths)
* Computer literate – able to use all MS packages
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Able to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills
* Good administration and organisation skills
* Flexible approach to working hours
