About the role
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and following the caring and happy environment set out by the school. Work with students on a 1-1 and small group basis. Collaborate with the class teacher and a team of experienced support staff to develop an inclusive education program for all children. This is a full-time role to begin in January, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will:
1. Be able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
2. Be patient and calm in stressful situations.
3. Have a passion for supporting vulnerable children.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. If you have no experience working with adults and young people with additional needs, we can offer free training.
