Events Business Development Operations Executive £32,000 per annum 40 hours per week Job Overview We are looking for a highly self motivated, proactive and organised individual with a willingness to support the implementation of the G4S Events growth strategy through a wide range of business development and content management activities. In this varied and exciting role, you will be working as part of a highly successful team that has a strong reputation in the Events Security space. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Actively target the Events market through outbound and face to face engagement. Drive growth through coordinated Bid and Proposal management to deliver a winning proposition. Updating and execution of presentation content showcasing the Event Security proposition. Maximise opportunities to grow revenues from existing and prospective clients. Raising the Events business profile and position within the target market. Writing, editing and producing Event content, bid material & communications. Development of lead generation and retention campaigns. Ongoing development of creative content to elevate bids and proposal responses. Ability to work autonomously within a team dynamic environment. Build strong collaborative working relationships both internally and externally. Support our organisation's values and Health and Safety culture.
