CRO Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days in London, 2 days WFH after probation)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits
We are partnering with a fast-growing digital optimisation agency that is expanding its team. Our client is a highly regarded agency looking for a Senior CRO Manager to drive experimentation strategies across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement CRO strategies to enhance client performance.
* Lead client-facing meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations on CRO best practices.
* Analyse user journeys using tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, and HotJar.
* Manage test design and execution, ensuring optimal performance and analytics.
* Mentor and support junior CRO team members.
* Keep up with the latest CRO trends and experimentation techniques.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in CRO and experimentation (agency experience preferred).
* Proficiency in CRO tools like AB Tasty, VWO, Optimizely, and ContentSquare.
* Hands-on experience with GA4, ContentSquare, and HotJar.
* Proven ability to lead client discussions and present findings effectively.
* Experience mentoring or managing junior team members (preferred but not essential).
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
* UX and test design experience.
* Familiarity with Figma.
