The route to promotion is clear and encouraged, either you'd enter the role at director level or endeavour to reach Director level in the next few years.
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients who will have you as their primary contact and you will be represented a highly renowned firm to maximise business opportunities and build rapport.
As a member of the Rural Agency department, you'll be responsible for the entire 360-degree process, from winning new business through to sale completion and aftercare, alongside playing an active role in the strategic operation of the agency department.
You'll have a keen interest in agency and ideally a track-record of agency. MRICS-accredited chartership is preferred but not desirable; ideally 2 years PQE plus. Experience within Rural Agency would be extremely desirable and candidates must have a strong interest in working within this sector. Red Book valuer status, or ability to gain this would be extremely desirable. You'll be approachable and practical, with an excellent eye for detail and a hunger for success.
