Head of Renewables | Connecting Engineers & Technicians with Wind & Solar Projects in the UK, US & Canada
We are looking for a Client Services Manager to act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their fulfilment and logistics needs are met efficiently. This role is all about building strong relationships, optimising service performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless operations and an excellent client experience.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident in managing multiple client relationships. They will thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring that customers receive a reliable and efficient fulfilment service. With a solutions-focused approach, they will proactively address challenges and identify opportunities to enhance both service levels and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for customers, understanding their business needs and ensuring a smooth fulfilment process.
* Track service levels, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, stock management, and distribution.
* Work proactively to resolve client concerns, liaising with internal teams to prevent future issues.
* Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve customer satisfaction.
* Analyse order trends, stock levels, and operational metrics, providing clients with insightful reports and recommendations.
* Work closely with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless fulfilment experience.
* Identify additional services that could benefit clients, supporting revenue growth within the existing customer base.
Qualifications
* Experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of warehousing, order processing, and distribution operations.
* Ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and present actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
