A unique opportunity to support a welcoming, country-loving family managing their historic property near Coleshill and caring for their two sweet girls, aged 2 and 4. The candidate will need to work well alongside existing estate staff and will be a front of house representative for visitors, so must be professional and reliable at all times.
Both girls are currently at nursery part-time (school for G3 in Sep 2025). Duties will include wake-up and bedtime routines, school pick up/drop offs, playtime and trips when not at nursery (2 days – 1 for each), laundry, ironing, meal planning and preparation, packing/unpacking the girls’ bags for trips, organising the girls’ clothes and toys, and managing their school calendar. A proactive approach is required to plan age-appropriate learning tools and holiday activities ahead of time. There will likely be the opportunity to travel with the family during their holidays in the UK and abroad.
The applicant should have experience in managing large properties and will work with the homeowners on regular property checks. They will oversee general household systems and manage stock levels for household supplies, also overseeing changeovers for the family’s holiday let on-site.
Initiative and planning are essential to support this client with ad-hoc events and tours, such as maintaining the formal rooms. Attention to detail and special care is key when looking after delicate artifacts within the home.
