We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to someone wishing to join their existing team. As a Business Development Executive, it would be your role to make connections with potential customers and use your communication skills to turn them into enthused customers.
Key responsibilities would include:
1. Booking appointments for Sales Managers
2. Taking a proactive approach when following up contact via phone/email
3. Developing long-term relations with clients
4. Proficient use of a CRM system so prompt, accurate information is always recorded
5. A natural ability to communicate and an interest in building relations
6. A natural drive to succeed and ensure customer satisfaction is key
Skills and experiences we are looking for in this role will include:
1. Strong interpersonal skills are important
2. Confident using MS Office as it will help with a variety of software and communications
3. A genuine passion for beautiful things - or at least, high-quality interior design
4. Someone who gets inspired by creativity and has an eye for aesthetics as the brand is very much high-end
5. Experience in Business Development, Sales, or selling high-end products or to high net worth individuals
This role is the perfect fit for someone who wishes to combine a passion for interior design, helping turn a vision into a reality whilst maintaining super communication skills. You will be liaising with some incredibly established individuals, helping them improve their already magnificent homes through the craft of our client.
Excellent salary between £28-33k depending on experience with the potential to earn another £12k per year in commission.
Our client is really flexible and will allow 1-2 days working from home once through a successful probation period.
