Senior Associate Infrastructure – Bury St Edmunds (Hybrid Working) Are you an experienced surveyor with a passion for infrastructure projects and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a Senior Associate (Infrastructure) to join our client's growing team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday). We welcome candidates from a broad range of surveying backgrounds and offer hybrid working to support your work-life balance. What You’ll Be Doing: Advising on and managing infrastructure projects ranging from local schemes to national programmes. Providing land consultancy advice on diverse work types – from maintaining existing assets to installing new infrastructure. Supporting clients in managing relationships with landowners and navigating professional and statutory requirements. Leading on land referencing, compensation negotiations, service of statutory notices, and acquisitions of rights. Liaising with landowners and handling public enquiries. Contributing to wider business projects and reporting project progress directly to clients. Mentoring and supporting graduates in the team, helping them achieve their career goals.
