Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hrs, shift pattern and 1 in 3 weekends

This exciting role is working for a well-known and established HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester and requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant solutions to clients via telephone in all aspects of HR and Employment Law in order to support the business needs of the individual clients, whilst highlighting any commercial options that are non-compliant and the risks these present.
As a HR Advisor/Snr HR Advisor, you will be taking a well-rounded and varied role that will help you to progress your HR career and really make a difference to a range of businesses across Manchester, as well as nationally.
Main Responsibilities of the HR Advisor/Snr HR Advisor:
* Ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated.
* Achieve the standards set within the performance framework to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
* Log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
* Signpost clients to pre-prepared documents and letters that are available within the HR software.
* Review client documentation and provide feedback and advice accordingly, considering their internal terms and conditions on each case.
* Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable to ensure high-quality handovers.
* Offer clients options regarding the utilization of other products and services provided and make recommendations accordingly.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge and breadth of employment law and HR matters to deal with complex and end-to-end cases.
* Support other Consultants coming into the business as requested.
* Deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
* Undertake Welcome Calls with new clients and discuss with them the software, services, and products.
* Carry out other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team.
Essential Requirements of the HR Advisor/Snr HR Advisor:
* Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
* A “can-do” attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team and to clients.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management skills and ability to manage own caseload.
* A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
* Pride in delivering a high-quality service and a genuine desire to own, lead, and resolve issues for clients by providing efficient, pragmatic solutions.
CIPD Lv.5 and above is desirable, although not essential to be considered - study support to further progress your HR career is given upon completion of the probation period.
