2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress, qualification pathways, and completion status using internal tracking tools and systems.
3. Coordinate the enrolment process for professional qualifications (including CII), ensuring timely registration, payment, and distribution of study materials.
4. Schedule internal study sessions, revision groups, and exams, liaising with learners, managers, and external providers.
5. Manage the inbox and act as the first point of contact for learner queries, signposting support and escalating when necessary.
6. Produce and distribute communications and resources related to L&D programmes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the Group.
7. Support the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting, collating data and updates for internal review and senior leadership updates.
8. Assist with the administration of internal training events, including calendar invites, booking venues, preparing materials, and tracking attendance.
9. Liaise with external learning providers (e.g. CII and Wiser Academy) to support coordination of services, exam results, and feedback.
10. Ensure learner records are GDPR compliant and maintained with confidentiality and professionalism.
11. Help with the ongoing improvement and documentation of L&D processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency.
12. Strong administrative background with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
13. Meticulous attention to detail—accurate data entry, careful record keeping, and quality assurance of learning materials and reports.
14. Ideally someone who has some experience in a HR or Learning & Development environment.
15. Confident and proficient communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent command of English grammar and tone.
16. Comfortable drafting clear and professional communications for a wide range of stakeholders, including learners, managers, and external providers.
17. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing tight deadlines.
18. Strong interpersonal skills with a helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience using learning management systems or tracking tools is a bonus.
