This role may occasionally require support across Leicestershire, with notice provided. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to travel between depots as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform administrative processes and procedures efficiently. Engage with customers to assess requirements and take timely action. Conduct data analysis and manage administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with a range of audiences, including presentations and telephone interactions. Develop, implement, and maintain administrative processes to support service delivery. Adapt to various tasks and learn new skills as required. Travel to different locations across the County as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in administrative processes and procedures. Ability to work in a customer-facing environment. Strong data analysis and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in developing and executing administrative processes.
