Key Responsibilities: Expand business opportunities within the Bus and Coach public sector, executing sales strategies effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier customer service. Identify and follow up on new business prospects, both internally and externally. Understand various funding options related to the ownership and usage of equipment. Have a deep knowledge of the NHS and public sector, enabling you to excel in this challenging role. Develop positive working relationships across all levels of the business. Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets. Oversee project implementation and attend regular business meetings. Identify improvement areas to enhance business performance. Deliver impactful presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. Leverage extensive knowledge of underwriting, pricing techniques, and sales strategies. Maintain a deep understanding of the UK broker market, financial models, and compliance regulations. Candidate Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the public sector. Ability to pursue and cultivate contacts for future business opportunities. Full UK driving license required. Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and sales databases. Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in the sector. Personal Attributes: Sales-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a team player with the ability to work independently. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
