MET Technician

MET Technician / Strip and Fit Vacancy:

Ref - 80001

- Paying up to £45,000 basic salary

- Core Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with element of flexibility

- Team bonus and opportunity for overtime.

Our client, who is a busy Bodyshop group, is currently looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician in the Birmingham area.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
2. Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
3. To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it's identified
4. 4 wheel alignment, Suspension work, GEO, diagnostics and all mechanical work

Ideal Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:

1. Have previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter
2. ATA/NVQ is advantageous but not essential
3. Hybrid Trained
4. ADAS Accredited
