Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated leader with previous management experience to work as part of the Radiology management team in this busy Imaging department.
As part of the remit for the role, you will be expected to directly line-manage Admin Team Leaders, who manage teams of Coordinators, Booking Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Departmental PA's and Receptionists across UCH, WMS, RNTNEH and 250 Euston Road.
You will need to develop an in-depth working knowledge of all the pathways and workflows within the department. Experience of handling urgent escalations is essential as is the ability to multi-manage the various areas whilst working under pressure in a calm and collaborative manner.
Main Duties of the Job
As part of this role, you will need to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and engage with them to improve services and help the department achieve various national targets.

Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential Criteria
* Expert knowledge of the full range of administrative procedures, acquired through degree or equivalent training and previous experience of working in an administrative environment.
* Knowledge and experience of information systems used for the storage and retrieval of sensitive personal information.
* Awareness of the requirement to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
Experience
