About The Role
Due to service growth, we are currently recruiting for a Care Navigator for our Administration team.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Answering external telephone/email enquiries from potential clients, their families/relatives and external organisations such as schools, care agencies, local authorities etc.
2. Ensuring email enquiries are answered within 48 hours of being received.
3. To be knowledgeable on the services we provide and to be able to relay this in a professional and inviting manner in line with the best customer service goal.
4. To have understanding of our pricing structure and payment options and to be able to relay this to clients.
5. Contacting clients/parents to arrange pre-assessment and assessment appointments.
Person Specification
1. Experience of working within a customer focused administration role.
2. Excellent interpersonal & judgement skills.
3. Experience of working to KPI targets and tight deadlines whilst balancing competing priorities within a busy environment.
4. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
5. Committed to providing the best quality service and achieving the highest standards of client care.
6. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
7. Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.
