Introduction:
The Lead Project Manager(s) for the BBC’s Generative AI Programme will play a pivotal role in delivering the BBC’s ambitious plans for Generative AI. These roles will be responsible for leading key projects that ensure the BBC makes best use of Generative AI to deliver value to our audiences and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Project manage the development and delivery of the BBC’s Generative AI staff engagement activity.
• Project manage the BBC’s AI literacy activities.
• Work closely with the BBC’s partnership, commercial and policy teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive pressures.
• Work closely with the Head of Generative AI Hub to manage the flow of projects.
Are you the right candidate?
• Proven experience in project management within a complex organisation, preferably in media or technology.
• Strong organisational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in transformation and innovation.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and emerging media technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
