Brook Street (UK) Limited is working on behalf of our client in Coleraine who is looking for a new Full Time Parts Advisor
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Fulfilling enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop via telephone, face to face, e-mail.
2. Proactive selling and up selling of parts to existing and new customers, relationship building with customers
3. Maintaining an efficient stock control system
4. Goods inward stock handling, ensuring that all goods are received and checked and stored accurately
5. Parts picking from stores
6. Conducting stock inventory management
7. All administrative duties associated with parts ordering and returns
8. Managing parts warranty and return claims within the desired time frames
9. Ensuring that the Parts Department runs as efficiently as possible
10. Ensuring that customer demands are met, and that the correct solution is supplied
11. Adhoc duties commensurate with the position
Criteria
12. Relevant parts experience, working within a franchised dealership parts department
13. PC Literate and previous experience of using stock control systems
14. Experience or knowledge of the plant industry would be desirable
15. Ability to work as part of a team
16. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professiona
17. Full driving licence
The core hours of work will be Monday to Friday; 08:30 - 17:00, however, some flexibility will be expected outside of these hours as needed due to operational requirements.
