Duties of the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor:

* Lead Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
* Provide support to other Surveyors on team in delivering services of team projects.
* Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduate Surveyors.
* Ensures projects and tasks are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.
* Develop strong reciprocal relationships with consultants and members of the project team.
