QA Operator St Austell Temporary with the possibility of going permanent Rotating shifts 4 Days 7am-7pm, 4 Days off, 4 Nights 7pm-7am Starting hourly rate Days £12.75, Nights £13.38 once training is completed Rising to £13.42 Days, to £14.08 Nights. QA Operator required for a busy modern friendly manufacture based in St Austell. As a QA Operator, you will contribute to the manufacturing business by supporting with the general operation, packing and inspection of all manufactured items produced in their designated manufacturing area. Main duties will include - Reporting of all HS&E incidents, unsafe acts & near miss incidents. Support the implementation of HS&E corrective actions. Always maintaining the highest levels of housekeeping. Ensures that all work is carried out in line with company policy, procedures & cGMP guidelines. Correct & timely completion of all batch documentation. Inspection of all manufactured items against agreed quality standards. Ensures that all IPC samples are taken & inspected in line with the specification documents & SOIs. Correct packaging & labelling of all products that meet the agreed quality standards. Answer all machine alarms and take appropriate actions to maintain their designated machines in production. Ensure the highest level of housekeeping and 5s is maintained in their area of responsibility. Accurate cGMP-compliant reporting of all manufacturing activities using ERP & paperwork systems as defined in the operational procedures & SOIs. Conduct an effective & efficient shift handover. Communicates issues to the relevant departments for corrective action as & when required Candidates will need to have - Knowledge of ERP systems.
