The Role: As Finance Manager, you’ll join them on their growth journey. You’ll be pivotal in managing their financial operations, strategic planning, and cash flow, making sure they stay financially sustainable while scaling. You’ll dive into hands-on tasks like overseeing budgets, reconciling accounts, and running payroll, as well as strategic initiatives like cost-saving analysis, corporate tax claims, and scenario planning with their Senior Leadership Team. What You’ll Do: Own the full finance function, from ledgers and reconciliations to high-level forecasting. Lead cash flow management, anticipate funding needs, and oversee accounts receivable/payable. Manage budgets, deliver financial insights, and provide SLT with key reports. Run payroll, pensions, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance across statutory requirements. Liaise with external stakeholders—accountants, brokers, and bankers. Support the team with actionable insights to drive financial growth and efficiency. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years’ SME experience in a similar finance role. Working knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks or similar). Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). A minimum of AAT Level 4 qualification. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a knack for adaptability. What in it for you?
