This is a really important role in our operation. As a Sales Administrator you’ll be responsible for the smooth processing of our machinery sales, right from the initial sale documentation through to the final customer invoice Duties: Specific role training is provided, and your responsibilities would include: Allocate machines to customers upon receipt of sales documentation and manage trade-ins, including completing background checks. Liaise with finance providers and internal accounts teams to confirm customer payments and update sales reports. Processing machinery orders from suppliers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Prepare cost breakdowns for each sale, ensuring pre-delivery checks and promotional discounts are correctly applied. Review customer accounts for correct invoicing, tax compliance, and financial setup. Verify and record delivered equipment, keeping stock records accurate. Generate invoices for new and used machinery, including arranging road registration where required. Requirements: Interested applicants should possess demonstrable work experience obtained in a very similar Administration role, (Machinery, Automotive, Technical etc.) ideally with order sales processing / customer invoicing experience. You must be IT literate, with knowledge of Excel and enjoy working with finances / figures every day. You’ll have a natural ability to manage multiple priorities, switching between different invoices quickly, whilst maintaining a high level of organisation. A process-driven approach, ensuring extensive levels of accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks. This is a site based role working at our Stourport location.
